pasta dilemma

Damn i only have 170 calories left to use for today diary . Should i try to burn 1000 calories at the gym and slow walking ? 6 oz of pasta and 4 table spoons of olive oil really did me in. Any suggestions other than mine?

    You can fit a lot of steamed veges in for 170 cals.

    What do you need a 1000 more calories for. You can make a decent meal for 500-600. So just exercise to get 300 to 400 more. If you end up a little over today try to be a little more under tomorrow. Also once in a while being over wont kill you.

    Remember that your calorie target is already a deficit...so if you go over one day you are still at a deficit.

    When i do that, i just eat a lighter dinner (like a big salad with some tuna or something) and go over a little bit.

    i find that i almost have to go over a little here and there to not let my body get used to low calorie intakes. I'm also personally concerned with being able to live within my own lifestyle and not go crazy, so if i could never have an oops day, or a bowl of pasta, i know it wouldn't take long term
  • I burned 963 calories walking and with treadmill. That takes care of that. I just started april 14 so thats why im being strict. Believe me i have had plenty of cheat days in the last 14 yrs. Time to be honest

  • First i walked around the park for 1hr and 5 min which burned around 400 then headed to Ballys on treadmill for 45 min burning 500 calories
