New(ish) looking for support and motivation

Hi guys. I'm Emily I'm 24, 5'11" and 171 lbs.
I've been on MFP for a year or two but really just started using it in the past week. I'm not always the best at logging and could use some friends to help keep me accountable. I have been eating fairly healthy for the past year but I often have trouble with my sweet tooth as well as eating gluten, dairy and soy (I have allergies to all three), and of course drinking without going over my calories. I just adjust my MFP settings to take my TDEE and BMR into account and have been doing 60 minutes of cardio 5x a week for the past month and am just beginning to add in some weight training. I'm curious about heavy lifting but don't really know where to start.
Anyways I would love to have some more friends on here to receive and give motivation and support to!
