Excited to be starting again!

I have hit a plateau in the last few months and am starting back up starting Wed. I have some hurdles to meet since I work from 2 - 10:30 PM but am hopeful I can overcome my work schedule. In addition, my doctor has had me start on a short term medicine to jump start my metabolism. I'm looking for support and possible meal plans that I can make ahead of time and just pop in the oven or something my husband (who does not cook) would be able to handle cooking. Thanks everyone!
