    Hey everyone :)

    I'm new here, I feel like my diet has become really bad recently, and I haven't been exercising like I should, so I'm here to get myself eating healthily and exercising well again :D

    This may sound really silly, but don't hope for a good outcome...create one. You control this, nobody else. It is hard, but it is not magic. Determine that you will do whatever is necessary (and still healthy) to lose the weight and become fit. If you decide to be successful and are absolutely committed to your goals, you will succeed.
