New to dieting

Hey all, I'm new to this site and just dieting in general. I was 145 in winter, now I'm 135. I'm hoping to lose about 10 more pounds--don't worry, I'm only about 5'4--and this site seems like a good place to get tips and advice. What I'm mainly concerned with is how to maintain a diet long term. When I was just starting out I 'fell off the wagon' and gained most of the weight back, and that was pretty discouraging. I don't want that to happen again, so I've come here, where there's other people with goals like mine.
