What's my activity level?

Hi all -

Since we all have different views on what "counts" for each activity level, I was hoping to get some opinions!

I am female, age 22.

I work in a boatyard, painting, varnishing, sanding by hand and with machines, sometimes moving scaffolding or other large boat parts around. The day to day activity may change, but I am always either on my feet or hands and knees.

I usually go to the gym 2 - 4 times a week, one of those days being a RPM/spinning class, and doing cardio and some weights each time, usually there for atleast 1.5 hours.

Thoughts?
