intermittent fasting! IIFYM experiment

Well im on my current cutting phase, im 5 9 AND 160 lb, 12%bodyfat, im planning to get 6% bodyfat,

My workout schedulle is pretty much

Monday chest, and hiit in the evenings
Tuesday; Back and hiit
Wednsday :shoulders and cardio
Thursday; cardio and hiit
Friday:legs
saturday Bicep and Tricep

My diet is pretty much what ever i want as soon as i hit 1800 cals

40gr of fat pretty much come from peanut butter, 160 gr of protein: chicken breast, eggs whites protein shakes, and the rest i fill with carbs


on sunday I have a refeed day where i eat 3200 calories , pretty much carbs and lillte to no fat :)
