Hello,
I'm a new member as of May 12, 2013. My goal is to lose 20 - 30 lbs, I really would like to lose at least 15 in the next two months for a cruise that I am going on, my long term goal is to get my weight under control and maintain it. I work out 1 hr. 4 - 5 times a wk. I'll be adding pictures, if possible today or tomorrow, so people can follow my progress and give suggestions on weight loss for my thighs, arms and mid-section.
