Kind of a personal question but do you? I know your weight can do up a lot during this time so when your weigh in day rolls around do you go through with it, wait until you're off, or just wait another week?

I lose all my weight before, during, and after TOM. Then it doesn't move until I ovulate. *shrug*0
-
I wait, the scales are not nice that week........0

I'm a daily weigher, so I do during TOM, as always. The daily fluctuations don't bother me, but I know for some people, it's discouraging to see a higher number, even if you know it's due to hormones, water weight, or whatever.
If it bugs ya, skip it until a few days after TOM hits the road. If not, weigh in, but don't let the number get to ya.0 -
I don't. I can wait a week if it means not being discouraged for no reason.0

I weigh myself regardless of the TOM. Habit, and the scale is right there when I use the bathroom0

No, I don't weigh in while on Tom. He doesn't appreciate it when I multitask.0

I weigh every Sunday no matter what. I don't let the fluctuations bother me.0
-
I will. I usually expect for the number to be a little different every day anyway, whether it's up or down. I know our weight fluctuates, so I don't let it bother me.0

I don't weigh myself the week prior or during my TOM. I will usually gain anywhere from 3-4 lbs, so I stay away from the scale. Great question!!!!! I hope TOM means (time of the month), not literally TOM.... LoL0
-
i definately don't.. as soon as it stops i do but while im on it nooo i dont B )0
-
i try to be as light as possible.. lol so therefore the answer is a big no.. lol0
-
Of course. I weigh every day - it's just information.0

I weigh in the same day/time once a week (friday morning) no matter what time of month. Even if I am up a pound or 2, that gives me more motivation to work it off for next week's weigh in. Then sometimes not only have I lost that bloat the next week.. but maybe even another .5-2 lbs0

BAHAHAHA. Toook me a few seconds!!!!    :laugh:0 -
Question is, should I worry about my weight if I have been late for let say 5 weeks?0

*like*
And this will be my first TOM since being back on here... I'm going to find out(probably next week) how different it makes me... Praying it helps me, actually! For all the other crap it causes me!0 -
yes
i weigh in weekly on monday in the morning no matter what0 -
Yes I doooo!
Actually I just over weigh myself in general.0 -
I do... I don't want to set the expectation with myself that it's a cheat time. If I continue to do the work, the benefits will come regardless of the fact that every 28 days I get my period.0
-
Nope. It's not going to be accurate, at least I think, so why bother with it?0
-
I weigh everyday regardless!..im too impatient to wait..lol0
-
I am a daily weigher, but I know I can fluctuate from experience so it doesnt bother me0
-
I weigh daily and I don't seem to really gain before or during TOM. But I'm in a losing streak right now. When I was on plateaus, I did notice a one or two pound gain and then loss after it was done.0
-
I weigh every Friday morning, TOM or not.0
-
I weigh on Tuesday regardless of TOM. It might be up, I might lose, but I just roll with it. If it's water it'll be gone by next week usually.0
-
I weight myself even if it's that time, if it went up I just don't take it in consideration and I weight a couple days later when usually it went back down.0
-
Yep! I lose weight when tom is here, lol.0
-
NOOOO.0
-
If my weigh in falls during that time, I do. I usually expect to see a gain but I also will drink extra water in the few days prior and usually end up having a slight loss anyway. I know.. I'm weird lol.0
-
I know it will be coming because I go DOWN right before.
Yes, I weight every morning and ignore upticks unless it looks like they're real.0
