Starting out exercises

So, I lost a little over 15 lbs and I am ready to start exercising. Time constraints won't let me join a gym and so I am stuck on looking at exercise videos and walking.

I tend to walk everywhere so as weird as it is, it's such a huge part of my life that I don't really consider it exercise. I plan on doing the c25k challenge. I also plan on using Dance Central just to get myself moving.

In any case, in addition to this, I was looking at videos, do you guys think that someone, like me who is 218 lbs and 5'4 would benefit with either one of these videos:

1. Yoga for beginners
2. Pilates for beginners
3. Jillian Michaels: for beginners

Any other exercise videos that you'd recommend? Or have something to say about these three?

    Walking is great. If you have already been doing it, just try increasing your time and speed (not necessarily on the same days).
