    Happy Birthday. So happy for you and proud that you saw the need and made the changes while you were young and before it had taken its toll on you! I am 62 and just finding the means to do what you have done. I am now down 44 pounds and have about 68 more to go. congratulations and best wishes

    AMAZING and congrats! Thanks for the motivation! I have 90 lbs to lose total and after 4-1/2 months I've only lost 16.8, so I have a long road and was cruising the boards looking for some motivation to keep going and I found this post! Thanks again and congrats! I like your advice about tossing the fat clothes as they get too big! I am definitely going to do this! :D
