Is there any way to the website administrators o whatever to include in the exercise options the insanity workouts?

    I just added it to my own personal database and it comes up when I need.

    I started week 3 today. Its been hard, but very determined not to fall off the wagon. How did you add it to your personal data base?

    i created one for each disc and just went by what my HRM said.

    Yea, I add in the HRM counts. it is easy to do when it is already there and you don't have to re-enter them every time
