    New here. I'm up for the challenge. My current goal is set at 1200 per day.

    I was doing good yesterday until evening when my diet took a dump. This happens too often and it's embarrassing to post my high intakes. I'm going to start eating as little as possible for breakfast and lunch to shave off some calories for eating at night. Come to think of it, this is what I naturally did when I was thin. Makes sense to go back to something that worked.

    Saving most my calories for the evening worked like a charm. Eating vegetables early on in the day will be another priority.
