lost loads...bad habbits?!

Bad habbits are taking back on me....in work biscuits on kitchen!! I had the smallest out the box though but i've been getting more leniant with my eating i need to be more careful...i noticed i'm growing hungry a hour or 2 before dinner which never used to occur. Any ideas on healthy snacks i could find in a shop? :)

    I have been maintaining for 10 months and find this harder than losing. You allow a little here and there and before you know it, pounds creep back on. I weigh myself every morning. This is controversial because you can gain 2-3 lbs overnight when following your plan. This is water weight and you cannot feel guilty or this method will not work for you. I then log weight, food and exercise for day. I read these motivational blogs to inspire me to do good for the day.

    As far as baking etc., this is also my downfall. However, I have been known to put full desserts in garbage disposal so I do not eat them. I have been in middle of making something and tossed it in disposal because I realized I was making this so I could take a taste here and there.

    I know this sounds wasteful but...I am more important than the few dollars I am grinding down the drain.

    Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin. (wish I could remember that always!!!)
