Running around all day...I'm sorry but that is not going to help much. I was very active even as an obese woman and I 'ran around all day'...I was actually shocked to find out I weighed as much as I did because I 'ran around all day'. You are not burning as many calories as you think you are, just living and being active in your life. You must add regular, consistent exercise. I strongly suggest you do workouts that work up a good strong sweat. That seems to be the key for me.
Get a heart rate monitor so you can see what you're really burning during exercise, and get a food scale so you can know exactly how much you are eating. It is VERY easy to underestimate the amount of food you eat and overestimate the amount of calories you burn.0 -
