At a Standstill, need more motivation -

Watch my weight all the time, Have been at a standstill for a year now. Gain a few, lose a few, but just stay the same. Really need some motivation to just stay with it . Too much socializing, Mother's Day, last weekend, my birthday and grandson's birthday next weekend, Alumni Banquet, gettogether with gal schoolmates for lunch one day....Need for someone to hit me up beside the head and stay stick with it. When I lose a few, I almost have the feeling I have done well, so will eat today. Years ago, I bought a dress I liked one size too small, and dieted until it fit well. Maybe I need to do something like that again - but hate to have something hanging in the closet I cant wear.....any suggestions...thanks/
