NSV: No longer tachycardic!

When I started here at MFP, my resting heart rate was anywhere from 89bpm to 104, with readings over 110 not unknown. This morning, my heart rate after walking 20 minutes to the doctor's office was. . . 68.

    Awesome! Yay for sticking with this and seeing the benefits!

    My tachycardia is a bit higher, but I have noticed a slight change for the better. At first it got a teensy bit worse, but instead of that being a reason to STOP all together, like I have in the past, I just made a few small changes. After 9 months, I can walk on the treadmill more than 10 minutes! And bike rides don't require me to stop at each corner to keep from blacking out!
