What is your absolute favorite smoothie to make for breakfast, after a workout, for lunch, etc.. Please feel free to share recipes, ideas and links.

5 strawberries, half a banana, and 6 oz of v8 v-fusion pomegranate blueberry juice. Simple but delicious :bigsmile:0

Mine consists of: frozen blueberries, spinach, kale, 1/2 banana, protein powder, ground flax seed, frozen strawberries, cinnamon and a little water. That's my usual, but depending on what fresh fruit I have on hand, I'll sometimes add other fruit like apple, grapes, mango, pineapple, etc.0

A cup of frozen berries, a third of a banana, and 6 oz of apple juice.
A cup of frozen strawberries, one banana, and 6 oz of pineapple orange juice
Two clementines, a banana, and a 6 oz can of pineapple juice.
I can add a scoop of Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder to any of these to add a little protein.0 -

I have a couple that I alternate. My first one and main one consists of spinach, bananas, mangos and pineapple. Sometimes, I switch up the greens and use kale instead. My other one I do the same way mixing up the greens, but it's spinach, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.0
