7 minute workout

Interesting 1 page story in NY Times Sunday magazine: The scientific 7 minute workout. Here is the link. Was up way to late last nght so did this instead of my regular workout. Worked up a sweat in those 7 minutes. http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/05/09/the-scientific-7-minute-workout/

Anyone else here doing this or something similar? Results/comments so far?

    I'll bet two circuits of that would be awesome. Have you tried the 30 Day Shred? It's similar in that Jillian has you run through three six-minute segments that each contain elements of this seven minute workout (i.e. strength, cardio, and abs). As you probably have seen, a lot of people have found great success doing this fast-paced sort of work out. :) Good luck, buddy. :)

    GREAT IF U ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES BUT OTHERWISE A PASSING FAD!

    Yeah, lengthen this out and it's exactly the type of workouts we did in police academy.
