If you don't like eating, try making smoothies or protein shakes.

im n the same boat!!im on a reset week, and I am soposed to be eating 2100 cal a day,! the only way I could do it over the weekend was to eat .. fast food! I had pizza on Saturday, and still didn't make it to 2100, then on mothers day, me and my mom went to a buffet and I had fast food again for supper! its really depressing to think that I didn't even eat this much to get to 237 (257 while pregnant) in the first place! so I just decided, im going to have to break this weight loss plateau my way. So I graze constantly during the day. I go back to work tomorrow after being off for 10 days, so im going to have to pack a monster lunch and snacks galore! I have found that "Luna Bars" are awesome, they have 170/190 calories per bar and tons of flavors. then I have become good friends with jif natural peanut butter! other then that, I don't have any advice. good luck to you. oh, and yes, it is horribly hard to eat 'healthy" while trying to do a reset without jumping in line at mcdonalds~ !

Steak, ice cream, pizza, pasta, rice.......
  • Avocados and quinoa are 2 of my favorites. Olive oil, peanut butter, fattier cuts of meat, and protein shakes (with added peanut butter, etc...)

Roast or sautee some veggies in olive oil...have some quinoa or wild rice and do a pilaf, sauteing the dried rice and some onion and sweet peppers in some coconut oil before adding the liquid for cooking. Have some red meat...full fat dairy/cheese, etc...avocados, nuts and/or nut butters

Guacamole. On everything. Sometimes I make bacon wrapped shrimp with guacamole and veggies. MMMM. Try Wholly Guacamole, it's awesome and the ingredient list is natural. No acids or chemicals!

Also red meats if you aren't vegetarian, cheeses, nuts, etc. Good luck!

If I had that problem, I'd eat a few tablespoons, or half the jar, of Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter. It takes a lot of willpower to stop at just one tablespoon.

I have the same problem, especially on my workout days.
I have protein powder in the morning, a shake for breakfast and possibly a shake after dinner if I need it.
I also love peanut butter. I eat it on my toast in the morning and with vegetables and fruits during my snack.

I'm actually not a real fan of peanuts/peanut butter, red meats, or dairy. I do have quite a bit of avocado, though.
