Just when I thought I messed up really bad....

Just when I thought I had messed up really bad the past 2 weeks. Haven't eaten that great and hadn't lost a thing.....This week, I lose 2 pounds!! Does anyone else's body work that way? When you think you're eating the worst is when you lost the pounds for that week, but when you are eating wonderfully, you lose nothing? I just don't get it, but I'm not complaining any!!!!! Woo hoo!!!

    I think sometimes the body just needs a break, which is why so many people hit a plateau and then suddenly drop.

    I have been eating bad for a few weeks now and not tracking my food or exercising a lot. I weight myself every day to make sure I'm with in 5lbs. The body needs change to get over a plateau. I'm hoping that when I start doing good on June 1, that the weight will just melt off.

    This is exactly what happened to me.....I almost fell off my scale. It did get me re-motivated to start logging my calories again and i've already lost another 2 lbs!
