After much soul searching, gonna remove last 10 lbs fat!

Okay MFP family. Those who know me know that I recently tested body fat via water dunk method and found that my body fat is at 17%, which is fantastic for a woman my age (42). I also weigh 150 pounds and am 5'4". So, that means I have a lot of muscle. The rub is that I still have that pesky fat around my hips, thighs and butt, which makes bikini season not as fun as it could be.

After much soul searching, I have decided to take the plunge and really work extra hard to remove that unsightly fat. Given that my body fat % is at 17%, this could prove to be a very difficult task.

I am writing this to reach out to MFP's for help in keeping me honest (look at my food diaries) and give encouragement. I will weigh now and then, but I am mainly going to use the tape measure and clothing to track progress. My plan is to eat clean. Meaning, no more fast food, no processed foods, and just to eat meat, veggies, good fats, some fruit and little sugar and alcohol. I will allow myself the occasional "cheat", but my goal is to keep such indulgences to a minimum, i.e. 80/20 compliance.

Anyone out there want to take that journey with me? Please "friend" me and write a little note about yourself and LET'S DO THIS!!!
