Hi Guys!
So I mixed some mango with some Total Zero Greek yoghurt and stuck it in the freezer. I'm planning to munch this as a little dessert this evening after my dinner and I'm really looking forward to seeing how it turned out.
Has anyone ever done this before and does it freeze ok??
Exx

I tried freezing 0% Greek yogurt and the consistency was awful. I read somewhere that you need to add more sugar.0

To make "ice cream" with yogurt (milk whatever) you need to incorporate some air to make it "creamy" .... otherwise you will need a chisel to eat it.
Ice cream machines constantly churn the the milk/cream ..... whatever while chilling it. I suppose if you were really ambitious you could freeze yogurt for 5 minutes, stir, freeze again for 5 minutes ..... and continually stir it until it was very cold.
I added 1/3 cup of (still frozen) raspberries to greek yogurt and ended up with a (very) soft serve type "frozen yogurt." Raspberries are nice because they will break up into bits nicely.0
