NSV Just severly obese :-)

Hit the 30 lb mark this morning. This puts my BMI at 39.8. In a lot of the charts, they divide the obese category into morbid and severe. I just dropped to severe. It's funny to chuckle at being severely obese, but I'll take NSVs wherever I can find them.

That's wonderful! Often morbid implies a great risk of death. So making it to just severe is a wonderful step forward.
