I began a personal workout challenge May 1. To be honest, I am very proud of my determination and dedication to my workouts. I have increased as much as possible with my schedule. However, looking back at my food reports, I have not been eating clean. I am determined to improve for the next 15 days. Commit to cleaner eating. Lower calories. Gotta do better.

    Thanks for the support! Sounds as though you have been very successful on your weight loss journey. For the past 5 years, I have had my ups and downs in an attempt to lose 30 stubborn pounds. I finally went to a medical weight loss doctor. I have some good advice and with some tweaking this week, I hope to report a loss soon.
