hi guys
i got my prom dress today and it's a size twelve, it fits perfectly... but i can't zip it up all the way. i have some "flab" near the upper back/shoulder area and was wondering if you know any excersice to target it?...

Hey! As far as I know you can't target where you want to lose fat... unfortunately. If you do a mix of cardio and strength building in your big muscle groups (try squats, push-ups... On your knees if you have to, planks...). Muscle burns fat.0

KatieAHarp is right - you can't spot reduce fat. Your body will lose fat all over, so you will lose that back/shoulder area, but it might not be when you want it to come off.
Have you considered going up a size? (I know you say if fits perfectly, but if you can't zip it up, it's not perfect). It is so much more important that it fits and you feel awesome in it, than what the number on the dress is. You could go up a size and get the waist nipped in (or whatever part of it would be a little loose on the bigger size).0
