30 Day Shred + What?!?!

I am currently running three days a week at about 10 to 12 miles total and doing weight/resistannce training on three days as well with one day of rest. I still need to get off about 18 pounds so I plan to start the 30 Day Shred on Sunday, May 19th. When I run, I normally do two 40 minute runs and one 60 minute run. On strength/training days, I normally do a kettlebell circuit plus a one mile run. Because the Shred mixes strength and cardio, I am wondering what else should I focus on during the 30 days?

Does it make sense to keep my same workout regimine on top of the 30 day shred (only 20 minutes) ? Or do I cut my normal workouts in half so only do 20 minutes of cardio on those days and 20 minutes of weights?

Would love to hear from you all with more experience than me. Thanks!
