Need support...

I need some support/motivation/inspiration. A couple of years ago I lost 60lbs and since Feb. 2011 have gained about 20lbs back. A number of items have contributed to the weight gain - increase in business travel, newlywed, death in family, and not sticking to a plan over the weekends. I wasn't too concerned about the weight gain until recently because some of my clothes are more snug and I have some pants that don't fit at all.

I exercise at least 5 times a week - combo of bootcamp, pilates, yoga, cardio. I need to cut back on the wine, eating out, and weekend eating. My mom suggested I cut out bread, processed carbs, and wine on the weekdays. Limit intake of those items on the weekends.

Any additional help/tips? I want to feel good, be healthy, and not have to buy another wardrobe!

I like the tips your mom suggested. It sounds like to me you already know what to do, now you just need to apply it. Congrats on your 60 lbs lost....sometimes things happen, and we just need to do our best to get through them (like getting married or having a death in the family). The weekends are hardest for me to stay on track, feel free to add me as a friend (maybe we can motivate each other on Saturdays/Sundays). Good luck!!!

Don't cut things out, cut them back. Drink wine, just not as much. Eat bread, just not as much. Log what you eat and drink to be sure you are eating the right amount of food.

Agree - the point is to cut back not "cut out." The challenging part is the application of doing so. Need to build up my will power especially during stressful situations or after a bad day at work.
