slim quick?

I was thinking about trying slim quick, I know the pill requires diet and exercise which I am already doing. I am just curious if anyone has tried it and what were your results like?

    ^^^ this.

Sorry, no pill can make you lose weight. Most are a complete con and will probably do more harm than good.

there is no magic pill. there never has been a magic pill. and i doubt there ever will be a magic pill.
the cardia/heart warnings on the side of the box tell you whats in it , fiber and caffeine.

Didn't do a thing for me when I tried it a few years ago. No diet pill has EVER helped me...just got wicked side effects. Ive tried tons. Don't waste your money - they have basically just caffeine and a bunch of filler ingredients that don't really do anything.

I find most of the hype out there about supplements is garbage and I've tried enough (and spent enough) to say this confidently. Best way is to reduce calories and push yourself as hard as you can in cardio/resistance work.
It's crazy companies are even allowed to say all this stuff...none of it really needs to be scientifically proven as statements are not evaluated by the FDA and these products are just marketed as "health foods." If diet pills really work, they should be marketed as such and not just as "supplements"
