do you think if you go over your daily sugar limit you will still lose weight? im trying hard but everything has sugar in it!!!

    You don't need to track your sugar unless you have a medical condition that requires you to keep it low.

    Losing weight is all about calories in vs. calories out.

    Just watch your overall sugar and carbohydrate intake.

    Calories is what makes you gain/lose weight. Going over sugars won't cause you to gain if your calorie intake is below your TDEE.
