Finally decided to try it

Ok so I have heard a bunch of people on my facebook and everywhere talking about the squat challenge so I finally decided that I am going to give it a try. Not only that but I have also decided to try the push up challange as well to help build my upper body strength. Has anyone done either one or tried it before, just curious as to how it went.

    wow. you're 2 for 2 today. i'm sorry about that. maybe you should try putting "Squat Challenge" or "Pushup Challenge" into the actual thread title.

    Maybe alternate pushup day and squat day? I know I've done 500 squats in one day and my butt ran away the next. It is really hard to sit without a butt. None of my pants would stay up and I actually lost my job because they fell off and all my coworkers saw the hole where my butt used to be, screamed, and evacuated the building. When I went to collect unemployment for wrongful termination, it was the day after my push-up challenge, so my arms had fallen off too and I couldn't sign any of the paperwork. I've stopped working out entirely now, it's too traumatic and I can't afford it.
