Hello everyone,

I have been on Myfitnesspal for many months,
I have made it to one goal and now made another goal and Im only 2lbs away from the final goal now.

I am 4'11 and currently weigh 102lbs.

In this process there are a couple of things I have noticed.
#1 I lost a cup size in my breasts and
#2my butt is now flat in my opinion.
My stomach still needs toned, and my legs are getting huge from walking.

Its time to do something else I think. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get a healthy butt, and build my breasts up some, while still working on toning my stomach?

I think my legs will look okay as long as I get everything else in line.

All advice is appreciated , thank you all for taking your time out to help. :O)also feel free to add me ! Im pretty good at commenting.

You can't make your boobs bigger, but bench press will help make them "perkier". I definitely noticed that my (almost) 36 year old, been used to breastfeed for an extended period of time, gravity affected boobs perked up after I added in heavy bench. A good bra works wonders, too.

Heavy squats will make your *kitten* look fantastic. You have to lose the fat on your stomach to make it looked "toned", and for many of us, that's the last place it comes from. Get a good strength training program with compound lifts going for sure.

Thank you for that! I will definatly give those types of workouts a go! Im 36 years old too. Ive lost "most" of the belly fat but still trying to lose a bit more from that area too. I cant wait to try some strength training. :O) and invest in some weights

Boobs are fat. That's why we lose them quickly, and the butt is one of the hardest muscle groups for women to train. The other thing that makes this difficult is simple old gravity. Especially after 35, and the fact we sit on it an awful lot.

The answer is weight training. Absolutely essential, and I am not talking 5lb dumbells, I am talking getting into the gym and lifting some serious weight.

Lunges, Squats, Deadlifts, Bulgarian Split Squats, treadmill running on incline and stepmill will all help tone, lift and round out the booty.

As far as the boobs, no you cannot make them bigger but you can make them look better.. Weight training will help there too. Pick up Oxygen Magazine for help.

Congrats on your success thus far!!!!

Thank you so much! Thats what I thought too...that its time to join a gym where I can get some serious workouts in and maybe help from others there..I know I cant afford the equipment...Im hoping I can make this happen...I only have about 1 hour each morning...and 1 hour each evening...maybe in between I can run at incline on my treadmill...does the elliptical help with the butt? I have that machine as well. Im so new to weights..its sort of intimidating ..but we all have to start somewhere! I think you are right...serious results take serious action...I will see about finding a gym. Thanks again. I was hoping I could find things to do at home that would work though. I saw some youtube videos that seem to work for some people...but for the really good looking butts...they are using big weights it seems.

I agree with strength training. Also bretcontreras.com and his book Strong Curves has a lot of info about building up a great booty.

Boobs are made up of breast tissue and fat. Some women have more fat so they lose their boobs when the fat goes. Some women have more breast tissue and don't lose them, at least not completely. There's not anything you can do about your cup size, but exercise will help with the perk.

Lift heavy with the activities that lizziebeth102 suggested. Deadlifts are your friend as well.
