Do you log even short segments of exercise?

Do you feel as if you haven't done enough if your workout session isn't long enough? I did 20 minutes of kickboxing and logged it, then moved on to dance, but stopped after about 4 minutes because my daughter wanted to play. Should I log that four minutes too, even though it was only like 20 calories?
Also, if you do something like go out and play with the kids, where you heart rate is up sporadically, or if you, say, watch TV and exercise (hard calisthenics, etc) during every commercial break, do you log that? Just curious...
