I just joined yesterday to start me on the path to my goal of losing 70 pounds. I'm hoping to have it gone by this time next year. I really like that I can track my food intake and exercise. Tracking my food just in 2 days has really shown me that I need to cut back on breakfast and lunch. It's hard between grad school (lots of sitting) and work (more sitting!). Gotta start getting motivated!

Has anyone used the FitBit? My doctor suggested it but I didn't want to invest in that until I knew if it was worth it or not.
