Sodium, carb and calories

hello! I'm new here and my goal is to lose weight. my problem however is the sodium, carb and calorie part. i've become accustomed over the years to not eat much salt, my daily goals is to eat 2,500 sodium but most of the time i fall under the 1k mark.
what foods do you suggest for increasing sodium? by the end of the day (on most days) i'm always leftover with a lot of amounts of calories, carb and sodium

Sodium is a max, the min is more like 500.0

I woudln't be upset about being under on sodium or carbs, because neither are really that great for your body I would stick with what your doing if it works for you and if your worried about not getting the nutricion I would take a vitamin that has what you need in it instead. I try not to eat a lot of salt or carbs and I have done great so far.0

The body only needs 500mgs of sodium per day to function. The ADA recommendation is actually no more than 2300 mg a day, unless you're over 51, African American or have high blood pressure. Then the max is 1500mg.
I have done way too much research because of HBP.0
