Meal plan to gain muscle

Now that I've lost the weight I need to lose I am going to focus on increasing inches on my muscles. They are pretty much maxed-out size-wise at 14" per bicep. I've read everywhere about needing to eat more calories to grow muscle but what I have not seen is a specific meal plan and workout to gain X pounds of muscle. I am afraid if I start eating 3,000 kcals/day with my same routine I'll just get fat because I don't know what exercises to pair with the nutrition.

To summarize, I guess I am looking for SPECIFIC nutrition for SPECIFIC strength exercises to grow.

Does anyone have a specific website/plan they could point me to? Thanks!
