What do you use during the week? Pics!!

This is all the stuff that I use at home and at the gym to help me accomplish my fitness goals!!! Some of the stuff I use at the gym I don't actually own, like the Zumba Toning Sticks or the drum sticks for Pound Fitness, but this is the majority.
What about everyone else? What is it that you use to help you get to your fitness goals?

For now I'm eating better and doing squats, pushups, crunches and jogging. I do have a fancy watch. We're going on vacation soon and I plan on getting a gym membership when we get back.0

I use two apps on my phone to tell me my heart rate and to then calculate how many calories I burned! I totally know what you mean!0
