Running Songs - BPM

Hey guys. I'm copying my post from another topic, but I thought I'd share the info separately!

It really helps me on my runs when I can run to a specific pace and beats.

Laugh all you want, but Britney Spears "Baby One More Time" has a great pace!

I use http://jog.fm/workout-songs and find songs that are around 96 BPM (you can search by BPM).

You can also try http://www.digitaldjtips.com/2011/01/how-to-bpm-analyse-all-of-your-mp3s-for-free/ and it will scan your iTunes library and tell you the BPM of all of your songs!

If I'm not running at BPM and doing a regular workout, my go to is Songza's "Y'All Ready For This - 90's Jock Jams" playlist (there's an app for it) at http://songza.com/listen/y-all-ready-for-this-90s-jock-jams-songza/ I mean really, I love running to Whoomp! (There It Is) and Kris Kross! But really, Songza has a "Concierge" and you select your activity (Working Out, Taking a Shower, Going to Sleep) and it will give you several playlist choices and it's totally free.
