Lay it on me, cycling enthusiasts!
I have a cheapo hybrid bike that I picked up last month. I need tips though.
How to get the best possible workout from cycling? I work too far away to cycle there :-(
Should I upgrade the seat?
Buy padded gel shorts...?
Switch to clip in pedals?
I used to bike a lot as a kid, and I've really discovered I love it right now. I'm doing about 8-10 miles an evening on a relatively flat circuit... There are a few hills, but it's equally uphill and downhill!

Check with a GOOD local bike shop, and have them match you to a saddle and do a bike fitting0
