Tasty ways to eat avocado?

I'm looking for some yummy alternatives to eating avocados that excludes making guacamole. Does anyone have any tasty recipes they'd like to share? Please and thank you!

eating it straight up
get a glass of milk
put in avocado
add sugar, mush the avocado and mix the drink and blend it.
make an extra lean burger 96/4 groudn beef.
use 100 cal sandwich thins
add avocado.
its like 400 calories and the macronutrient composition is amazing
its like 40 p 24 c and the F will be dependent upon how much avocado you add0 -

I like to half the avocado, save the half with the stone in it.
Then I take a drizzle of very good olive oil, a little garlic, a dash of sea salt and pepper and eat it right from the skin with a little whole wheat toast..YUM!

I cut half of an avocado into small cubes along with a little bit of turkey breast or a turkey burger and sometimes a little bit of BBQ sauce & put it in a pocket pita. Joseph's brand has a flax pita that's only 60 cals. I love pocket pitas. Sometimes I toast it and it's always yummy. I also like it in salad!0

I am far from vegan but that chocolate mousse looks amazing. I am going to check out some more vegan recipes on that site they look great thanks for the link.0 -

I put it in salads daily, on the weekends I put it in my morning omelet!!!
It's one of my favorite foods if I could have 1 with every meal I would !!! I call them lovacado's that's how OMG good they are to me !!!0 -

I love my own fake sushi recipe (3 ingredients to Heaven), I make it at least once a month:
1 avocado, ripe
1 tablespoon pickled ginger, I like Ginger People
soy sauce
1 Peel and slice avocado.
2 Arrange on a plate with ginger on top.
3 Sprinkle soy sauce.0 -
I don't eat bread, so I cut a smallish avocado in half and pop each half onto a slice of ham or lettuce, voila a really tasty snack.0
