Looking to lose 40lbs and share diary

I lost 100 lbs in 7 months beginning in January of 2011 ending in July. I maintained that for 6 months, then had a bad ankle sprain and stopped going to the gym and eventually started to eat like crap again. I put on 50 lbs over the next year. I have made a commitment to change my lifestyle all together and eat clean. My goal is 190 lbs. I have 40 lbs to go. I would like to add some friends that are committed to eating healthy clean foods weather they are trying to lose weight or not. Mostly to keep me honest so I don't end up straying again. I do cardio 3-4 days per week and have just started resistance training.


If any one has any advice please feel free to enlighten me, please add me as well!
