I'm starting to get a 'tiny' bit worried. I've hit my goal weight, passed it and the scale keeps moving down faster than it probably should at this point in time. I'm on anti-epileptic medication that makes my appetite pretty much nonexistent and my stomach feels like it's going to throw on the reverse switch about half the day. (Even more so if I eat things with too much fat) I've been eating what I can but it obviously isn't doing the job.

hmm have you tried things like almonds, avocados, full fat dairy? a couple squares of chocolate here and there? Or try adding some olive oil when you cook, its hardly noticeable and wont contribute to making you feel full! or maybe add in a few small snacks? sorry to hear about your stomach not feeling well, hopefully you'll adjust to the medication0

Avocados and added oils are a good suggestion. Perhaps adding in a higher calorie protein shake. Fattier cuts of meat and fattier fish like salmon. Butter. Would it help if you sort of grazed throughout the day? A couple of eggs for breakfast. Some yogurt (full fat or 2%) and fruit as a snack. Rice, veggies and chicken or steak at lunch, a protein shake and some avocado for a snack, dinner, more snack, etc.? Maybe if you spaced out several 200-300 calories meals through out the day it would help.0
