You don't need money to get workout equipment!

I just wanted to let people know not to forget to look at the wanted ads in the newspapers etc for workout equipment, a lot of people buy workout equipment with the intention of using it then life gets too busy or something else happens and the stuff is just standing around taking up space. So, yes sometimes they want money, but sometimes they just want to get rid of the stuff.

So, keep your eyes open newspapers, yard sales even neighbours. I just got some weights for free by asking if anyone wants to trade with me.

You of course don't need workout equipment to workout, but if you so inclined to get some there's always an option of getting freebies .

Thought I'd share my lil bit of good fortune as I see a few times on here I can't afford the gym or buying workout equipment!
