26yr old femme from Tulsa, OK

Hello everyone!!

My name is Tess and I'm from Tulsa, Ok. I started my weightloss journey 2 years ago.. and slowly sort of stopped. At my highest weight I weight 256, and at 5'1 was not healthy at all for my body and my high blood pressure.
I tried medicine to lower my high blood pressure.. hated how it made me feel and pills in general. I wanted to do it the healthy way.

So I started playing wiifit, and walking a lot and did a low carbish diet. I was stuck at 220 for a long time and quit. So 3 weeks ago I graduated college and while looking for graphic design jobs I decided to dedicate my life with all this free time to bettering myself.

I've gone from 216 to 207 in the past three weeks and I'm pushing as hard as I can working out every day and hitting that cardio, along with a LESS carb lifestyle and tons of veggies and healthy proteins. I would love to meet some people who could motivate each other because most friends I have aren't motivated or like the healthy lifestyle! I'd appreciate any feedback or tips. Nice to meet you all!!

    Great job! Hope you are continuing your weight loss journey! I'm 5'1" as well & currently weight 150lbs (pre pregnancy weight). Hoping to lose 20 more by Christmas! When I started college, I packed on 40lbs & another 35 being pregnant. I've dropped 35lbs in 2 years but I've got a bit longer til I'm in a healthy BMI. Good luck!
