30DS and additional working out question

Hey everyone,
Back in November I did 30 day shred consistently and I lost a few lbs and quite a few inches. I have recently started it again along with doing 30-45 mins of cardio 5 times a week and weight training every other day or so( along with a decent diet ). I have barely bugged with the scale or measurements. I'm about 2-3 weeks in ( 1.5 weeks on shred ),
Now, my cals are set at 1200... And I weigh 188 lbs and I'm 5'5. Could it be I'm working out too much and not eating enough? Should I just stick to doing the shred only since I know I've had success with it? I'm trying to maximize my weight loss that's why I'm working out that much.... Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !!

1200 net? If you do not eat back the calories tt is definitely not enough.
Use scoobie's to calculate how much you should be eating. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/0 -
I was working out up to 3 times a day, but I had my net set at 1350. I lost the weight and am at goal. You can friend me and check out my diaries. My workouts included 30DS, RI 30, yoga, running, weights, rebounder. You do need to make sure you have breaks, though. Muscles don't recover and grow without rest.0
