1325 calories... Did I eat too much?

I just started using this app and recorded everything I ate today. It seems like so much but it only says that I ate about 1325 calories.
Here is what I had today (not in any particular order):
1 turkey sandwich with muenster cheese, lettuce on 15 grain whole wheat
1 can of progresso's light soup (santa fe chicken)
1 cup of cereal and soy milk
1 serving of pretzels and chips each
1 carrot, 1 celery stick with 1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 greek yogurt (6 oz) with 1/2 blue berries, and 3 blackberries
1.5 cups of cantaloupe
I ended up with 1325 calories and feel really full. The yogurt and fruit was the last thing I had and I blended it to make a smoothie. It filled me up real quick. I kind of feel stuffed. Did I eat too much? I'm an engineering major so nutritional stuff is not my piece of cake!

You ate around the same amount that I eat every day. Just letting you know, a lot of people are going to tell you that you need to eat more. I'm currently in the process of attempting to higher my calorie intake. I suggest you calculate your tdee and eat 20% under it for weight loss. To calculate your tdee, look it up in the search box. Hope this helps! (To answer your question, everyone's body is different but no, I don't think you ate too much.)0

But I'm trying to lose about 10 to 15 lbs. This app tells me to consume about 1300 calories a day.0

I'd say that looks about right. I always eat way under what my calorie goals are set at, and the pounds keep coming off, so . . .
