Im starting tf tomorrow. But it says for best results I should eat a high protein diet. How much protein did u include in your diet? How many weeks did u do it for?

Fantastic, I really enjoyed it, but it was a bit much for me being really heavy at the time, I'm gonna give it another go when I'm lighter

It really is my soul mate workout. I use it with Chalene's other program ChaLEAN extreme (lifting) and I got amazing results in a short amount of time! I feel energized after I do the Fire and HIIT workouts in the morning. Time goes by so so fast when I do them. I would recommend them to everyone, I mean, I am actually looking forward to my workouts every morning. Chalene is an amazing, inspirational women. and her workouts are like a party. Her energy makes me want to push harder every time I do Turbo Fire.

It is very heavy cardio though, not for everyone. A mix between kickboxing, a little bit of dancing and HIIT. Gets your heart pumping and you are puffing for air after you are done, I can guaranty.
