Not really new, but new to the boards...

Hi, I'm Liz! I've been on MFP for a few months, mostly watching the boards from the sidelines once and awhile to get tips and questions answered. I decided that I should not be going through this weight loss thing alone anymore!

I started working out with the 30 Day Shred back in February, and am down about 20 pounds of the 45 I would like to lose. In getting a little bored with it, I downloaded one of those 5K Runner apps last week, and finally decided to try it out yesterday! I am not a runner by any means, but I'm excited to keep going with that, as well. I just tried Level 1 of the 6 Week 6 Pack video tonight, also... and I can barely move.

Besides working out, I like writing, crafting (knitting/crochet), working on my handmade business, hanging out with my cats, reading, getting tattoos, and other fun stuff like that.
