Hi everyone! I am looking to buy new vitamins and I read they are important in weightloss. Does anyone have any recommendations on which will help me the most. I am currently using the one a day metabolism ones. Not sure if there is something better.
Thanks! :)

I honestly wouldn't bother with anything like that. Caffeine will give you a little boost if you need one, but there's nothing miraculous about any of those things that are being touted by Dr Oz and other "gurus".

OP - you don't need to take any supplements for weight loss. If you feel you might be deficient in anything (worth checking with a doctor if you can) then just a decent multivitamin is probably your best bet. Check the levels of nutrients in them on the label. Omega 3 supplements are not a bad idea for general health if you don't get enough from food. Look after your metabolism by getting plenty of exercise, maintaining and/or building muscle, and eating enough.

There aren't really any proven vitamins which will help with weight loss. Most are just over-hyped. If you are going on calorie restriction, a multi-vitamin may be beneficial, as calorie restriction can sometimes make it more difficult to get all your daily vitamins. In addition, for the most part, your body will just get rid of any extra vitamins you don't use. I also take an Omegas 3, 6, 9 supplement as I don't really like or eat any of the normal foods they are found in, like fish, oils, nuts, etc. If you eat these foods, though, you will probably get enough throughout the day just through food.
