Where to log.....

Hi.....Just did my first day of 30 day Shred today and can't figure out where to log it at on the excersise part. Can someone help please....Thank you

    I can´t help you with that, but I have a similar question - does anyone know where to log yoga in the exercise part? I mean, it`s not really cardiovascular, but somehow the strength training part never counts calories...any ideas?

    Under Cardio Exercise

    30 Day Shred people usually use Circuit Training (there's not a 30-day shred option)

    Yoga you log as Yoga - there's an option for it

    Strength Training is just for tracking how many reps/what weight you did in strength training - not for counting the calories.
